Morning workout I was quite short on time this morning as I had to leave for work, so I had to be a bit innovative with time and technique. Because I have a single kettlebell of each weight I have to alternate each side which means requires a bit of time. To overcome the time issue I decided to use resistance bands and target both sides at the same time. The use of resistance band added an extra challenge to my workout because it really enforced stability in my workout. Quite a fun way to workout The workout this morning was - 80 swings 50 bent rows 50 bicep curls Does anyone else use hacks to quicker workouts when they know they're going to be late for work?
