A couple weeks out from competition. Ramp up time. Thought process..... Fuck, I don’t think I can make 5mins under the 16’s. Here’s the countdown.... shake it out, relax, pace it. Heck YASSSS BURN OUT SET!!!!!! 10’s feel like feathers and I feel like a (tired) beast 2mins 2x10kg’s 49 reps. Redemption. Snatch time.... panic. Anxiety. Why are these so hard to get why doesn’t my left arm do what I want....... calm down, you haven’t even started yet. Remember your cues. Shake it out. Focus. Relax. Chest up. Breathe.
